What to expect from a Breathwork therapy Session
During a Breathwork therapy session you will receive personalized support, care and guidance. We will talk for a few minutes about what your intentions are, what you would like to shift and heal in your life or anything that you feel needs our attention.
I will then explain the techniques we will use and we will dive in.
Conscious Connected Breathwork
This is one of the experiences i offer and is by far the most powerful. This technique helps to unravel the layers of tension in the body (and mind) and create a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind giving us a gateway into what may be underlying your experience.
This practice is carried out lying down and breathing without any pauses between the inhale and exhale, through an open mouth. I guide you through the breathwork healing by using music and my voice. Its a safe, and easy technique, yet extremely powerful.
Beginners Breathwork My Beginners breathwork is generally offered over 2 sessions. This offers you easy take home tools that you can use on a daily basis to help empower you to manage and navigate life’s stresses and challenges with “easy to fit into your life” practices I recommended that you wear comfortable clothes and bring with you a bottle of water to all your sessions. In my private sessions I usually recommend beginning with Conscious Connect Breathing followed by Beginners Breathwork.

1. In-person session – R690 (60 mins)
At one of my breathwork therapy practice rooms in Johannesburg (see below for locations)
2. Over Skype – R690 (75 mins)
In the comfort of your own home
3. Small private groups in-person – R550 per person (75 – 90 mins)
(2 -6 people) at a location of your choice or a venue I can arrange
All rates are payable via EFT in advance.
