Described as the next frontier of wellness, Conscious Connected Breathwork is a body-mind practice that uses the breath to move beyond the busyness of the mind where you can experience a place of clarity, peace and presence.

For centuries, breath and sound have been used as a medium to connect and restore, bringing us home to our hearts. Among other things, Breathwork aligns us with living more fully from our heart, brings about healing, dissolves anxiety and helps us to manage and navigate life’s stresses and challenges.

In this 3-hour breathwork experience, you will journey inwardly to clear out, move, share, breathe, liberate and expand. With the guidance of decade-experienced practitioner Joanne, in a safely held and loving environment, breathwork can assist to release emotional wounding that we may have been carrying for days, weeks, months or even years.

Unravelling beliefs that are no longer serving us and clearing the mind. In turn, keep our energy flowing freely through the body and deeply enhancing the overall state of our well-being.

Joanne’s style of breathwork can support you to cultivate a more loving and accepting relationship with yourself so that you can feel a sense of self-worth, wholeness, and contentment from within, worthy of what you deeply desire in life.
